Parent-Child Dedication - Mother's Day, May 11, 2008

Today was parent-child dedication at the church. Landry received her first Bible and a letter written to her by Pastor Jeff. She's to open it after she accepts Jesus into her heart, so I will put it away in a safe place.

Not much else today. We went on a walk to get Landry outside. She's been real stuffed up and being outside seems to help. Toby got me some beautiful tulips and Scout got me a box of chocolates. We went to eat at Spaghetti Warehouse.

Landry's Official 4 Month #'s

13 lbs (32nd percentile) and 25 inches (72nd percentile). The doctor is estimating she will be between 5' 5" and 5' 8" tall!

Head Circum (don't even know why matters) 15 1/2" (9th percentile)

Landry is 4 months and 4 days old!

Today we went to visit Chris and Trish's new baby Katelin Alyssa. She was born on April 27th! She's a cutie pie. Landry wasn't sure what to make of her. She was so tiny I think she thought she might be a toy. She stared at her a lot, but got a bit aggetated when I held her! Check out the link to their blog to see lots of pictures!

When we got home I took a few pictures of her at 4 months so everyone can see how much she's grown. She has her 4 month appt tomorrow, so I'll post official weigh in and height!

Toby is Now an Advanced Green Belt!

Well, it's been about a month since I posted. It's been really busy with work, traveling, Terra getting sick and all of Toby's activities. Last weekend Toby tested for his advanced green belt. He did really well. The testing is much longer than the prior belts and it includes sparring. It was really fun to watch. Enjoy the pics.

Landry turned 4 months old as well. I will post those pictures later.

Aunt Terra is the Best

So on Thursday Aunt Terra drove all the way from Houston to take my Mommy flowers! Mommy had called her on Tuesday and was down in the dumps......She must have sounded really bad because Aunt Terra came all the way up here just to make her feel better. She turned right around and went home because she was having a dinner party. You made my Mommy's week Aunt Terra - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! We love you!

My First Meal

This morning my mommy fed me cereal and bananas while my daddy was in the shower. I really liked them! At first I wasn't sure what a spoon was, but I quickly figured it out. Once my belly was all full, I sat there and played with my toys while they ate their breakfast! Yes, my favorite toy is a Winnie the Pooh book. I'm so glad mommy fed me fruit even though my daddy was mad about it!

P.S. - I slept in my bed last night! I made it the entire night from 8pm to 6:15 AM - Yea Me!!

Landry is 3 Months Old!

Landry was 3 months old on Monday! Can you believe it? Time really flies. She is so much fun. She's laughing and sqealing when we play with her. She's starting to play with her toys, too. She gets lots of tummy time and she's trying to figure out how to crawl. She can scoot across the floor with her legs. Here are some pics Brian took on Sunday....she's stylin' in her head band! We went to see Grandma and Papa on Saturday and snapped some shots, too.
